Account Deletion
To delete your account, by settings page in the app go to navigation drawer -> settings->delete account button and confirm your request by the opening dialog. By doing so, all personal information, including account details and usage history, will be promptly removed from our system. However, please note that your phone number will still be in our database history even after account deletion for future in case of recreate account. We prioritize user privacy and adhere to strict data protection policies to ensure a secure and transparent process.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information (name, phone number, usage history) only while your account is active.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your name and usage data immediately.
We may retain your phone number for fraud prevention and to allow you to recreate your account.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
App Permissions
We request the following device permissions to provide and maintain the App
INTERNET: to communicate with our servers for booking data and notifications.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: to send booking confirmations and appointment reminders.
Data Safety
We have completed the Data safety form in the Google Play Console and confirm that the disclosures there are consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
